Online Coaching is a more affordable way of having a Personal Trainer helping you achieve your goals.

Choose from 1-2-1 Coaching where you get personalised plans and 1-2-1 online support from your chosen Coach or subscribe to the Lift Fitness Way training plan subscription and get a brand new structured training plan each month.

Personalised Nutrition Targets – Tailored nutrition targets specific to you and your goals with weekly food diary checks

Personalised Meal Plans Examples – Example meal plans based on your likes and dislikes

Recipe Books – Access to over 1000 recipes and a new recipe book each month

Personalised Training Plan – Home or gym training plans that will push you whether you are a beginner or advanced. All come with video demonstrations.

Weekly Check ins – Weekly 1-2-1 check ins with your personal Coach to review progress with changes to plans when required

Monthly Zoom Calls – To catch up to discuss progress and the next phase of the plan

Private Community – A group of supportive women who all support and motivate each other.

Monthly Team Training – Optional at no extra cost, a chance to have your form checked in person. Based in the Lift Fitness Studio in Cwmbran
